WAREHOUSE IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

  • Provide efficient warehousing management to meet production (customer) requirements;

  • Provide proper storage environment to ensure the safety and integrity of the goods in stock;
  • Continuously optimize warehouse operation system and improve management efficiency;
  • Push logistics front-end department to do inventory control.

Persyaratan
  • Bachelor degree or above that majoring in logistics management, business administration, Industrial engineering or other related major;
  • At least have 1 year working experience in warehouse management of manufacturing industry, fresh graduate are welcome to apply;
  • Fluent in MANDARIN or ENGLISH is a MUST;
  • Familiar with Ms office, management system of storage management system (ERP/WMS/MES/DPS/SRM, etc.);
  • Strong principle, hard working, careful, responsible, have good communication and coordination ability and team cooperation ability;
  • Willing to do the overtime

RECRUITMENT  STAFF

  • End to end recruitment for entry level position starting from screening CV to onboarding.
  • Maintain employee database and recruitment data.

Persyaratan
  • Sarjana atau lebih tinggi jurusan Manajemen Bisnis/Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia;
  • Lulusan baru dipersilakan untuk melamar;
  • Lancar berbahasa Inggris atau Mandarin;
  • Pelajar yang bertanggung jawab, berorientasi pada rincian, cepat;
  • Memiliki keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik;

LOGISTICS STAFF

  • Checking invoice, packing list draft, and follow up to final documents
  • Makesure shipments and provide daily logistics report
  • Can solve a problem related to the export import
  • Understand the required documents and updated the regulation for export import
  • Filling the related documents
Persyaratan
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Management or Logistics
  • Preferred who had 1 year experienced in export import.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Have strong logical & analytical thinking
  • Understand basic of export import and solve problem analysis
  • Able to work independently or team and also able to meet the deadlines

ASSISTANT SOFTWARE TES ENGINEER

  • Responsible for mobile phones software test related with app or field test;
  • Make test plan and participate in the testing, Be responsible for test results;
  • Ensure the quality of project test, verify and handle market complaints on the market model;
  • Collect and refine local mobile network parameters, local user’s scenarios.
Persyaratan
  • Bachelor degree or above from information system/computer science/IT, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome.
  • Fluent in English/Mandarin
  • Good communication skills, strong self-control, hard working, and willing to learn.
  • Familiar and have interest with mobilephones.

PRODUCTION PLANNER

  • Make production plan and ensure market demand is satisfied
  • Make material requirement planning and control inventory stock
  • Create effective and efficient production schedules and arrangements
  • Monitor production process and output achievement to reach the target
  • Controlling inventory stock in production floor/workshop (WIP)
  • Manage the treatment of inactive material
  • Make Daily & Monthly Report
Persyaratan
  • Fluent in English/Mandarin
  • Bachelor degree or above (Industrial Engineering or related). fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Computer Skills (Ms.Office is a Must), ERP
  • Soft Skills (Teamwork/communication/time management/flexibility/leadership/multitasking/hard worker/analytical)
  • Willing to do overtime

FINANCIAL AUDITOR

  • Responsible for checking and record payment, guarantee legitimacy, compliance and rationality and correct for financial payment.
  • Manage internal flow and regulate operation for AP and AR including contract, loan, expense, material payment, cash, reimbursement, etc.
  • Make regulation about company expense, take measures for controlling expense, and avoid financial risk.
  • Collect industry financial information, providing effective policy supporting for policy of HQ.
  • Make expense report, report situation and solution abnormal payment.
Persyaratan
  • Bachelor Degree or above Majoring in Finance/Accounting or Managements.
  • At least have 3 years working experience about AP/AR and familiar about Indonesia’s taxation.
  • Fluent in English or Mandarin.
  • Good communication skills, high responsibility, able to work under high pressure environment.
  • Have strong work stability and willing to do overtime if needed.

SENIOR COST SUPERVISOR

  • Responsible for daily work of cost business including purchasing cost, manufacturing cost, inventory control and asset management
  • Build and update work flow regulation of financial business, recognize and control risk of new business or second issue business. Consistenly improve ability of system and operation health
  • Improve Asset System Management, guarantee asset safety, accurate account and effective IT system function
  • Supervise material cost control using proper procurement strategy and also inventory turnover and timely process the inventory
  • Provide support for financial decision to be a good partner by building financial indicator and provide assessment
  • Cultivate ability of the team member, create a good team atmosphere and guide the team members growth
Persyaratan
  • Bachelor Degree or above and fluent in English
  • Have at least 3 years working experiences in big manufacturing company and have experience in managing a team
  • Able to works under pressure strong responsibility, proactive at work and can overtime
  • Stick to principle, clear logic, well organized, good execution and communication. Have ability to manage and plan new business and also make consistent progress of the business
  • Be familiar with material business and procurement business

FINANCE ACCOUNTANT

  • Check all transaction to process the payment
  • Create payment in internet banking
  • Managing petty cash transactions.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database and prepare reconciling bank statements
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Constantly update job knowledge
Persyaratan
  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting/Tax/Finance
  • At least have 1-2 years working experience in related field
  • Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • Well organized
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Mandarin or English

TAX SPECIALIST

  • Prepare Monthly Tax Recapitulation (PPh and PPN)
  • Prepare Monthly Tax Reconciliation
  • Checking all payment that need to deduct tax or not
Persyaratan
  • Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in accounting, finance and taxation
  • Brevet License A & B
  • Have 2 years working experiences in taxation
  • Familiar with tax system (e-filling, e-Billing and SPT)
  • Fluent in Mandarin or English
